RANT BMX WARRANTIES

First, thanks very much for purchasing a Rant BMX product. We strive to make the best products possible, free from defects in materials and workmanship. If you have a problem we will always do our best to make it right. We care about your case and want to get you back on your bike as soon as possible. That’s why we will respond to your submission within one day of receipt. If the part is covered by our warranty, it will generally take 7-10 days to get you a replacement. Please review the information below to help determine
if your problem is covered by our limited warranty.

WARRANTY GUIDELINES

Please contact the retailer from which the Rant part was purchased.
If you need further assistance please contact us at Rant, we’ll do our best to help you out.
This warranty is for the original purchaser and owner of the Rant part.
All Rant parts are guaranteed to be free from defects in workmanship and materials.
Normal wear, improper use or assembly and abuse are not covered.

WARRANTY PROCESS

If you live in the USA please contact the retail outlet that you purchased the item from first. If they cannot help you, please contact the Rant distributor in the country you purchased it from http://www.rantbmx.com/distributors

If you live outside the USA and bought your part from a mail order company based in the USA, you must warranty that part in the USA with that mail order company.

If you live in the USA please contact the retail outlet / mail order that you purchased the item from first. If they cannot help you, please contact Rant by clinking on the link at the bottom of the page or by calling 407-599-7255.

After the claim has been received, you will be
issued a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Send the item to Rant with the RMA number clearly written on the box. Also include the proof of purchase (if required) to Rant for inspection.

Once Rant has received the item, you will be contacted regarding the status of your claim.

RANT FORKS, BARS, & CRANKS

All Rant bars, forks and cranks have a 30 day warranty against manufacturer defects. This includes anything that looks to be incorrect or is defective with the product after purchase. Please inspect your new Rant parts before installing. We realize it may take some time to see these so you have 30 days to notify Rant of the problem.

RANT HUBS

Rant hubs have a 30 day warranty against manufacturer defects. This includes anything that looks to be incorrect or is defective with the product after purchase. Please inspect your new Rant parts before installing. We realize it may take some time to see these so you have 30 days to notify Rant of the problem.

ALL OTHER RANT COMPONENTS

All products not listed above have a 30 day warranty against manufacturer defects. This includes anything that looks to be incorrect or is defective with the product after purchase. Please inspect your new Rant parts before installing. We realize it may take some time to see these so you have 30 days to notify Rant of the problem.

All products will be treated on a case by case basis –
please contact us if you feel your product is defective.

WHAT WE WON’T COVER

Stripped threads, rounded bolts, bent parts, dented parts,
rider abuse or misuse and normal wear and tear.

TAKE NOTE

No warranty is offered for any parts supplied within this warranty.
We can offer crash replacement parts at a lowered cost.

ATTENTION

Use Rant products at your own risk. Rant parts are manufactured to the highest levels possible and are intended to be used by experienced riders.
Products must be installed correctly and maintained normally.
Failure to comply with may result in injury or death.

Rant assumes no responsibility for personal injury which may be caused by accident, or negligence. Always inspect your equipment before riding, and have a
professional check it at regular intervals.
